🔄 How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

Please email us at ShopMiaStyles@gmail.com using the subject line “Returns” followed by your order number.

In your email, be sure to include the following details:

• Your account email address (used on our website)

• Your phone number (in case we need to reach you)

• Your correct mailing address (to send the return form)

Once we receive your email, we will respond with step-by-step instructions to complete your return request.

Note: For U.S. orders, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your store credit once the return is processed.

📋 Return Policy Overview

🛍️ Store Credit

• All approved returns are issued as store credit in the form Miami Couture Boutique. card.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable and not included in the credit.

💳 Exceptions: Refund to Original Payment Method

Refunds are only issued under these specific circumstances:

• If Miami Couture Boutique cancels your order.

• If the item is sold out after purchase.

• If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Timeline:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, funds may take up to 10 business days to appear.
Gift card refunds are processed immediately.
No cash refunds.

⏰ Return Window

• Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gowns

• Sale items

• Accessories

• Undergarments (including lingerie, swimwear, Shapewear - Girdles and bodysuits)

✅ Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed).

• Must be free of makeup, deodorant stains, or odors.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

• Sets must be returned as a complete set.

We reserve the right to limit or deny returns if these conditions are not met.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
