Ships same business day if placed by 12:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday). Saturday delivery not available.
International & Canada
We ship worldwide! Delivery times vary by country:

Didn’t receive your order or something is missing?
Log into your account to verify shipping and tracking info.
Check with the shipping carrier to confirm delivery.
If marked “delivered” but not received, contact us immediately.
If an item is missing or incorrect, reach out to customer service for assistance.
Returns Policy
We accept returns within 7 business days of receiving your order. You may return items for refund or store credit.
We do not accept exchanges to ensure a faster return process.
Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Miami Couture Boutique.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Return Requirements
Must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Item must be unworn, odor-free, and in original packaging.
No makeup stains, signs of wear, or damage.
Return form must be included and fully filled out.
Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox placed inside a protective box.

Returns sent without proper packaging or that don’t meet our criteria will be refused.
